    - perspective is key, acceptance is power

    - “I” is the creator of illusion.

    - When you see your reflection in the mirror, the fact that you recognize yourself- it comes naturally and
    it is too basic to comment on. Yet, this small act of self-awareness turns out to have a tremendous
    significance.

    - The self you have learned to recognize in the mirror is constantly creating limitations that do not need
    to exist.

    Perspective is key, acceptance is power.

    - At the very least, we need to realize that no one lives in the same reality. Everyone’s version is personal.
    Everyone’s version is their own “I”.

    A hundred people viewing a glorious sunset in Hawaii are actually seeing a hundred different sunsets.

    A depressed person may find the sunset to be the death of day. While some other may only look at the
    melting colors and find it beautiful.
