The company will be taking up personal & commercial building

disaster-stricken people. This company is a partnership business
operated by six people. It is scheduled to begin on April-2019 with its

Market Research
We all know India is the country with fastest growing
population, so they need houses for shelter and obviously, they want
this in minimum time. We have focused upon that matter and built
this company, which can build one building in 7 to 8 days. This is a
completely new initiative to be taken up in Indian market. So there is
an enormous opportunity to make profit & earn a name. But we may
face objection from the conventional construction companies as this
new idea of construction is more convenient.

Target Customers
Our New age construction Pvt. Ltd. will run only if we can set
our target customers very efficiently.
Initially we can take only three kind of customers that might be
common people, government organizations & private sectors. We
can build residential buildings, small houses for common people of
our country as customers. From private sectors we can avail project
of constructing commercial building, multi-storeyed structures. Also
for making building for slums and people under poverty line, we can
build small houses in a very less amount of time. Also we can
construct small bridges like culverts with large precision and less
time. So from allocating vacant land to constructing building with an
enhanced speed and more importantly within optimum cost, we can
give a solution to space tweaks for this new India, hence we think
our new technology will get an large appreciation.
Barriers To Entry
To make our organization successful, we need to withstand the
difficulties, barriers coming to it with strong hand. Some of the
barriers are discussed next.
For opening any construction company, it needs Building of Indian
Standard (BIS) accreditation. After getting confirmation, we can start
our construction firm.
 As a completely new technology, it needs lots of advertisement
to make people aware about this kind of technology, to make
people familiar with the pros & cons we need to give some
amount of free samples ready to use. Accompanying that it
requires a lots of marketing cost to initiate the project.
 Without that, for importing a 3D printing machine it needs lot
of money, also for a special kind of transportation vehicle,
storage allocation, mover vehicle, it needs a huge fund that
need to be allocated with the initialization of the company.
 As we know there are lots of giant construction companies
constructing in India with all their effort. Coming up with a new
trendy technology may scare them off & they might try to make
shut off the use of this kind of technology & without that
amongst all big brand, we need some time to stand our head
up & recognize our brand.
 For running this kind of technology we need all aid from
mechanical, electrical, civil & computer related skills & very
necessarily we need many of highly skilled labors & staffs to
regulate, maintain these equipment.
 Also for running 3D printer, a completely specific software is
indispensable. For using storage vehicle, we need specialized
technology.
Business Structure
In the case where business structure is concerned, we can say a
partnership business is the actual key of our project.
• This venture requires resources & hard work which a single
person can’t give.
• There are various departments which are to be handled by
experts in their respective departments.
• This is a risky path, so partners can serve as a restraint.
To discuss about the business structure, we will say our
company will have five different mainstream sectors likely admin
department, interior decoration department, design works,
machineries department & storage department.
Here admin. Department includes recruitment department & staff
care department, without that the drafting & design department are
included into design department.

Sources Of Fund
1) SELF FUNDING:
Self-funding, also known as bootstrapping, is an effective way
of startup financing, especially when we are just starting our
business. We can invest from our own savings or can get our family
and friends to contribute. This will be easy to raise due to less
formalities/ compliances, and less costs of raising. In most situations,
family and friends are flexible with the interest rate.
Self-funding or bootstrapping should be considered as a first funding
option because of its advantages. When we have our own money, we
are tied to business. On a later stage, investors consider this as a
good point. However, this is suitable only if the initial requirement
is small. Some businesses need money right from the day-1 and for
such businesses, bootstrapping may not be a good option.
Bootstrapping is also about stretching resources – both financial and
otherwise – as far as we can.

2) Getting Investment From Investor:

Angel investors are individuals with surplus cash and a keen
interest to invest in upcoming startups. They also work in group of
networks to collectively screen the proposals before investing. They
can also offer mentoring or advice alongside capital.
Angel investors have helped to start up many prominent companies,
including Google, Yahoo and Alibaba. This alternative form of
investing generally occurs in a company’s early stages of growth,
with investors expecting upto 30% equity. They prefer to take more
risks in investment for higher returns.
Angel Investment as a funding option has its shortcomings too. Angel
investors invest lesser amounts than venture capitalists.
Here is a list of some websites from where we can get investors -

www.seedfund.in,

3) Raise Money Through Bank Loans:

Normally, bank is the first place that entrepreneurs go when thinking
about funding.
The bank provides two kinds of financing for businesses. One is
working capital loan, and other is funding. Working Capital loan is
the loan required to run one complete cycle of revenue generating
operations, and hypothecating stocks and debtors usually decide the
limit. Funding from bank would involve the usual process of sharing
the business plan and the valuation details, along with the project
report, based on which the loan is sanctioned.
Almost every bank in India offers SME finance through various
programs. For instance, leading Indian banks – Bank Of Baroda,
HDFC, ICICI and Axis  banks have more than 7-8 different options to
offer collateral free business loans.

4) Government Programs That Offer Startup Capital:

Government programs that offer startup capital are an excellent way
to source funding for your business. We are required to submit a
plan that can be accepted by the grant committee. Once our plan has
been scrutinized and approved, we will get with the funds to start up
your business.
2) Crowd funding:
Crowd funding is one of the newer ways of funding a startup that has
been gaining lot of popularity lately. It’s like taking a loan, pre-order,
contribution or investments from more than one person at the same
time.
This is how crowd funding works – we will put up a detailed
description of his business on a crowd funding platform. We will
mention the goals of our business, plans for making a profit, how
much funding we need and for what reasons, etc. and then
consumers can read about the business and give money if they like
the idea. Those giving money will make online pledges with the
promise of pre-buying the product or giving a donation. Anyone can
contribute money toward helping a business that they really believe
in.
Short Term Goal
(1)We will start with generation of eco-friendly raw materials, which
does not create waste material.
(2)We collaborate with labour-suppliers for highly skilled operators.
(3)We Setup a factory workshop for storage of precast structures &
raw materials.
(4)We construct non-complex precast structures (beam, column &
slab) which are already designed according to the plan of the
building.
(5)We collaborate with small contractors & construct specific portion
of building using 3D printer.
Long Term Goal
(1)We will Increase the number of workshops & 3D printers so that
we can take more than one project at a time.
(2)We will construct complex precast & in-situ structures.
(3)We want to Get ISO-9001 & BIS Certification.
(4)We will set up design wing, architecture & interior decoration
wing.
(5)We will open parallel production of 3D-printed bricks & sell into
the market.
(6)We want to achieve social reputation & public trust.
(7)We want to corporate social responsibility.
Cost Analysis
The most important part in any business start-up is the
management of fund by which any future plan will proceed. In our
business management plan which is based on an advance
construction technique i.e. 3D printing in construction.
The initial cost that will be required for the start-up of the
business plan is around 45 lakhs for the purchase of transportation
vehicle, concrete mixing vehicle, dumper, gantry and for the
construction of Office and Publication cost. As per our plan, our first
initial step after collecting fund from Investors is the work of
construction, which is manufacturing of precast beam, precast
column, precast curved beam etc. and selling them into the market
at a price lower than our competitors’ price. Now the question
arises, how will the profit come up? The answer for this question is
that, the concrete used for the manufacture of precast beam-slab is
composed of a partial replacement of cement with fly ash, coarse
aggregate with E-waste etc. This will save a lot of natural resource &
will reduce the overall cost of construction, which will give us profit.
A certain percent of profit will be kept for the construction work and
rest will be kept for the turnover amount for investor.
Our next step will be to take the loan from government to
purchase the 3D printing machine which will cost around 9 lakh, from
that machine we will start small work under registered govt.
contractor and the profit that will come from the work with that we
will proceed our plan .
The profit gained from both the source will help us to repay the
Investor loan at around 7 to 8 years from when the construction
starts. Similar will be applicable for the repay of government loan.
One of the most advantage of this 3D construction machine is that it
saves a lot time comparing to the normal construction. The detailed
cost analysis is given below in the chart:

Conclusion:
With the above business plan it is very much clear that there is
huge scope of business & profit in the Indian market. The
conventional construction methods are tiresome, time-consuming &
uneconomic also. So it is very profitable to venture into this business
as people need quick shelter solutions in this fast-paced world. A
great advantage can be seen that the 3D construction machine can
complete its work within very short time as compared to labor.
