I am writing this report to bring to your attention the significant demand for irrigation
solutions in Egypt and Middle East and to propose the hiring of a dedicated regional
employee to capitalize on this opportunity. As a seasoned professional in the irrigation
field with extensive experience in the region for 15 years , I am confident that I possess
...the qualifications and skills required to excel in this role

A. The demand for advanced irrigation solutions in Egypt is rapidly increasing due to

several factors;
i. With high Population Growth in Egypt, a factory belonging to the army and
the El Sewedy Company were opened to manufacture pivot irrigation devices with a
capacity of 2000 devices annually. Also regionally, there is the Al-Khorayef factory
in Saudi Arabia and the AFKO factory in Turkey, which enhances the importance of
the strong presence of Nelson Company in the region..
ii. Water Scarcity: the Egyptian government has started a national project to convert
the flood irrigation system in the Delta to modern irrigation, on an area of 3 million
 feddans, funded by Egyptian banks This opens the door for Nelson solid sprinklers ,
valves to be marketed here.
iii. Expansion of Agricultural Land: The Egyptian government has implemented
initiatives to expand cultivated areas, such as land reclamation projects in ( toshka ,
east owinat , ein kifara , west of minya) This expansion requires at least 10000
pivot machines by the end of 2024. .
B. There is no direct agent for nelson product in egycustomers who may order Nelson
products from Daltex, hiring local employee specialist in irrigation,that will be
easier for customers to contact him and move quickly to work sites, ‫م‬Providing
technical support and solving problems based on Nelson products and it may open
the door to storing Nelson products in Egypt, which increases sales.
C. The Egyptian market is a leader in the cultivation of strawberries, beans, onions and

alfalfa, clover and it’s a good opportunity to marketing nelson sprinkler in these farms
D. currently, there are no less than (12) thousand operating pivot irrigation devices in

the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the regions (Hail - East Hail - Tabuk - Al-Yaqbu’ -
Wadi Al-Dawasir) and many machines in Iraq, Jordan and Libya, and assuming that
20% of them are needed to replace irrigation sprinklers, maintenance and spare
parts. Accordingly, the annual sales plan, in case of strong presence in those areas,
may be doubled in addition to north and south Sudan, if the security situation there
stabilizes.
i. I am Fluency in Arabic, along with English, allows me to communicate effectively
with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities in the Middle East. This language
proficiency fosters strong relationships, facilitates negotiations, and ensures clear
and accurate communication, which are essential for successful business operations
in the region and also detect which type of sprinkler are suitable for each clients
( rotator- accelerator- orpitor- spinner ) .
E. through my previous experiences, I can accurately measure the field flow rate of the
wells, the water sources feeding the pivots in the main areas of agriculture, with the
aim of installing any of the Nelson applications (R55- R75-SR75- SR 100) to increase
additional space. If the idea succeeds, will highlight it to customers.
F. Local Experience, Hiring a regional empolyee, who has a good ability to design and
implement irrigation networks with a gradual range of costs, raw materials and
companies in the Egyptian market that may contribute directly to the diversity of
services that the Nelson product in Egypt may provide, and thus a larger segment of
customers ,and i u have all these qualification's .
G. Distribution Network: I am ready to establish partnerships with local distributors,
dealers and contractors to ensure an efficient supply chain and wide availability of
Nelson Irrigation products throughout Egypt and middle east .
H. After-sales service: I have a strong plan to set up a dedicated customer service to
provide immediate technical support, training and maintenance services to build
strong relationships with customers and enhance brand loyalty.
I. it is possible to make a strong qualitative leap in the Egyptian market in installing
Nelson sprinklers on floppy rain-irrigation systems, as an alternative to them, to
avoid blockage defects and bird damage and high light the successful trials to clients
J. Throughout my career, I have successfully led cross-functional teams and executed
irrigation projects of varying scales. By leveraging my strong leadership and
communication skills, I have consistently delivered projects on time and within
budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations. I have a proven track record of
building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
government agencies, distributors, and farmers.

K. Furthermore, I have a solid technical background in irrigation systems and a

comprehensive knowledge of the latest technologies and practices in the industry. I
stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory
frameworks in the Middle East. This allows me to provide valuable insights and
recommendations to optimize irrigation solutions and drive sustainable growth for
clients.

L. In addition to my technical expertise, I possess exceptional analytical and problem-

solving skills. I am adept at identifying challenges and implementing effective
solutions to improve operational efficiency and maximize resource utilization. I have
 a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and developing tailored strategies to
penetrate new markets and expand market share.
M. My work as head of the Irrigation Department of the Engineering Department of the
National Service Projects Authority informed me of the defects and advantages of
the products of companies operating in the field of irrigation, whether pivots,
sprinklers, or pumps.
N. Through my agricultural experience, I was always able to identify the problems of
poor water distribution for pivots, which facilitates my work as a representative of
your company during the inspection of farms
