Distance jump

Description: Participants run towards


the take-off line and, taking off from one
leg, jump as far as possible towards the
landing zones, preferably landing on two
feet

Rhythmic jump relay


Description:

-As a relay, participants complete a


distance of 3 steps single-foot jumps into
circles before jumping as far as possible
towards the landing zone

Triple jump
Description; Participants run up and
perform a 3 steps sequence in a set
rhythm before jumping as far as possible
towards the landing zone
