Rhythmic jump balance

Description:

-As a relay, participants complete a


distance of single-foot jumps into
circles, with a sprint return to their team
-The first participant uses single-foot
jumps to bounce from circle to circle
with an alternating rhythm of three: left-
left-left, right-right-right etc. Finish by
landing on both feet

Distance long jump

Description:

-Participants run towards the circle zone,


and try to land as far as possible
on the circle.
-on team, each participant tries to land
as far as possible on the circle and 1
count the numbers, the winning team 2

cross hopping

description:

From the centre of a jumping cross the


participant jumps forward, backward and
to the sides. Specifically, the starting point
is from the centre of the cross forward;
then backward to the centre; then to the
right and back to the centre; then to the
left and back to the centre; and, finally,
backward and back to the centre.
-each participant has 15 seconds to make
the maximum number of jumps in the
correct order.
