Nowadays, everyone needs a job to do to have money to support their

lives. However, some works have too many difficulties that make them
give up working. There are three reasons why people quit their job.
People stop working because they want to get higher salary in another
company. Although they have always completed the work as their best,
they are not paid as much as they deserve. Therefore, they feel their
salary is not enough to support their needs and their lives. Another
reason is toxic workplace which leads to conflicts between people. They
will hear criticism by everyone around them and they will be pressured.
This also loses the solidarity of employees in the company. Finally, they
want to get new experience to challenge and develop themselves. When
they move from one place to another place, they will have many
opportunities to learn new things and gain experience from the new
workplace and colleagues. However, getting new experience will be a
challenge for the people who are lazy. In conclusion, three reason above
that make people stop doing their works and choose a better place to
work.
