Thefollowing jobs completed during their visit

Note: All the materials of Transtech scope of supply checked as per challan copy and found OK.

Oil Unioading Unit:

1. Pumping & Filtering Unit Installed.
2. All the Gauges & instruments mounted as per
drawing.
3. Pump Motor connection and rotation checked.

Oil Transfer Unit:

1. Pumping & Filtering Unit Installed
2. Both the Suction Heaters heating elements short link terminals refitted as per drawing
which was dismantle by client & connection under
process.
3. RTD mounted at Suction Heater & Connection under
process.
4. All the Gauges& instruments mount as per
drawing.
5. Pump Motor connection and rotation checked and found to be Ok.

Following Pending Jobs shall be completed by BRAVO Sponge Iron Ltd.:

Oil Unloading Unit:
1. Inlet pipe connection
2. All the pipe work leakage test.

Oil Transfer Unit:

1. Inlet pipe connection.
2. All the pipe work leakage test.
3. Heater connection.
4. Interlocked for Pump with low oil level Switch.
5. Interlocked for Suction Heater with Temperature feedback Zone wise.

Due to the aforesaid and pending works, the Fuel Oil/Furnace Oil cannot be flled
up at present and trial run for
pumping unit cannot be completed. Once all the works are over the same can be done.
