drawing [numbers, spacing, shape]?(Tolerance
10mm for effective depth 200mm &15mm for depth

specifications,have beam and column joints

Cover+5mm)
12 Is the rebar assembly well tied and able to take
construction loads & forces?
13 Is the binding wire of correct size 16 to 22 gauge
black annealed steel wire used? Are the ends of the
binding wire turned away from the surface?
14 Has the consultant inspected the reinforcement
before the concreting has started?
15 Check for support system for reinforcement
works as per technical specification
requirements
16 Check the top level of the reinforcement (
excluding cover ) as per approved GFC drawing
