WARMEST WELCOME TO 401 RESTAURANT

In order to make your stay comfortable and pleasant as possible, kindly help us to maintain
our rooms standards and services by observing the following rules:
 Please provide your state Id/Passport for records when checking in.
 Payment for rooms must be completed in advance before checking in.
 CHECK-IN : 12:00 (afternoon)
 CHECK-OUT : 10:00a.m for an extension, kindly check with the receptionist
subject to room availability.
 For a late checkout, the following charges applies to availability:
- Until 12:00 - 1/3
of day rate
- Until 3:00pm - 1/2
day rate
- After 3:00pm - Full day rate
 House keeper to accompany the guest while checking in.
 BREAKFAST- is served between 7:00am-9:30am.
 Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Kindly adhere to the designated smoking
zone available within the exterior compound.
 Illegal drugs, weapons/firearms, gambling, fighting, or any other illegal activityis strictly
prohibited. Law enforcers will be notified of such occurrence
 Strictly No Pets allowed in the hotel rooms
 All children must be accompanied by their adult guests at all times.
 ONLY the registered guest will be allowed in the rooms
 Any damage during guest stay to any of the fixtures or furniture in the room will be
charged to the Guest. Report any damage immediately.
 Food and drinks from outside our premises are not allowed.
 DO NOT leave money, bracelets, necklaces, rings, watches, eye glasses or any valuable
items in the room during your stay. The management will not be responsible for any loss
or damage of items. Kindly check with the manager for safe keeping.
 No refund for a reserved and paid for room
 DO NOT leave the towels on the floor or use them to wipe shoes.
 Leave the room key at the reception. Lost key shall be charged ksh 1000/=
 Kindly maintain peace and order, for other guests by maintaining low volumes during
your stay.
 Beddings/ Towels staining will be charged for laundry – kshs. 1,500
 The hotel management reserves the right of admission
