Prime chaos Black

Base coat Grey Knights Steel (it’s a newish paint from gw but it really gets that
cool Blue effect from the get go)

Wash with half nuln oil half drakenhof (to get most of the details to pop)

Wash again with half lahmian half drakenhof (depending on the ratio you can get a
more or less intense blue tint)

Accent armor details with stormhost silver

Accent armor pipes and weapons with leadbelcher, wash with nuln oil

Paint inside shoulder pads with fenrisian grey

Wash shoulder pads with drakenhof

Paint tassels with administratum grey and wash with nuln oil

Paint plume and inside cloak with ulthuan grey and wash with drakenhof

Paint all gems and eyes white scar, glaze with half baharoth half lahmian mix

Paint ice parts white scar, glaze with baharoth, dab on some white scar on the
edges for frosted look

Yeah. 5 layers. Start with ultramarines blue then dry brush caledor sky, ahriman
blue, lothern blue, and finally very light ulthuar grey./99
