Notes:
1 ODW Designer software is furnished on CD-ROM media. A CD-ROM drive is required to install
ODW Designer software to the network server. Installation to an individual PC is achieved either
by installing directly onto the PC, in which case a CD-ROM drive is required on the PC, or
downloading from the network server.
2 The Microsoft Visual C++ Compiler is required only in cases where the customer wishes to
create its own BPCS client string tables.
3 ODW 82 Service Pack 11 or above is required for ODW Designer 8.2 to use a repository stored
in Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
Third party hardware and software must be installed prior to installing the corresponding Infor
product. Infor does not provide these products.
Processor, RAM, and hard disk minimums are the minimum resources required for the listed
products to function. The products may, however, perform poorly at these levels. To improve
performance, you should increase machine resources to at least the recommended levels.
Operating systems show the minimum Service Pack levels required for the listed products to
function. You may, however, wish to install higher Service Pack levels to achieve some of your other
systems objectives.
