The document discusses commonly used methods for analyzing network performance statistics. It describes four main methods: 1) Ranking the worst performing cells based on average performance indicator values, 2) Using time-based change trend charts to analyze indicator changes over time, 3) Identifying problem locations by comparing changed indicators to unchanged ones, 4) Choosing appropriate comparison objects to verify problems. It also notes that analysis methods depend on the specific performance statistics object being examined.

5.1.3 Commonly Used Methods
Based on the understanding of network situations and potential problems, we
need to tackle different network problems by adopting appropriate performance statistics analysis methods, as summarized in Table 5-3.
Table 5-3 Commonly Used Performance Statistics Analysis Methods
No. Method Description Firstly, identify the worst TOP N cells based on the average Ranking the values of the involved performance statistics indicators in a 1 worst TOP N busy hour or whole day. cells Secondly, analyze and optimize the worst TOP N cells. Finally, prioritize these optimization tasks. Firstly, produce a change trend chart of a network, cluster, or Time-based cell on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis 2 change trend chart Then, analyze how the involved performance statistics indicators are changed over the time Performance statistics indicators are often changed in certain areas due to the following factors: - Increased traffic load - Varied traffic model - Ever-changing radio environment Problem - eNodeB fault 3 - Radio interference in the uplink or downlink location These factors will have an adverse impact on network performance. By comparing the changed performance statistics indicators to the unchanged ones, highlight the most sharply changed eNodeBs or sectors in an electronic map, and then concentrate on them for further analysis. A performance statistics indicator can be influenced by a number of factors. Some factors may be changed; others may remain unchanged. To verify a problem, you need to choose 4 Comparison the appropriate objects to be compared. When observing a performance statistics indicator, you cannot focus on whether the absolute value is high or low, but focus on whether the relative value is high or low.
Depending on different performance statistics objects, performance statistics
analysis methods can be roughly divided into the following types:
OMM-level performance statistics analysis: It focuses on evaluating and analyzing
performance statistics indicators on a network basis.
