1. Majority of the AP and MAPEH teachers were present.
2. The LAC session was made even more meaningful by the
presence of the department’s Subject Group Head, Mrs.
Andrea Grace F. Gianan.
3. The topic about test construction was significant as it will
enable TNHS teachers to acquire additional knowledge and
upskills.
4. Memorandum of this LAC meeting was disseminated early to
all teachers concerned.
Due to weak internet signal some of the participants lost their
connection.
Some of the invited participants are not available during LAC
Session due to home schooling class.
A copy of the presentation was forwarded to all teachers.

Result The LAC session was a big success because it provided them with
the upskilling and training that will lead to a valid and reliable
test. The resource speaker is great and impressive. He is
knowledgeable about the subject, was extremely helpful, and he

had shown to everyone that he is ready to help and respond

to queries about test construction. This will also give teachers
the chance to underline the importance of Bloom's Taxonomy
as a manual for choosing the right 'action words' for assessment.
