Marcelino, Zambales, as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name to do and perform
the following acts and deeds, to wit:

DATED CHEQUES with METRO BANK Subic Branch, Zambales ;

3. To make, sign, execute and acknowledge all the necessary and appropriate documents
for the above-mentioned transactions.

whatever requisites necessary or proper to be done in and or about the premises as fully to all
