Greetings of Peace, Love and Hope!

We would like to inform you that the students of Vicente D. Trinidad High School will be joining the
UP Sinniriban in Dagueray, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan on December 20-22, 2015 at Sanchez Mira School
of Arts and Trades Guising, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan.

In this connection, the participants and the coaches will need financial support to cover the expenses
for fare and registration fee. Our main constraint, though, is the financial aspect, to wit;

a. Registration fee: P450.00 per students * 32 students = P 14,400.00

b. Fare: P160.00 (roundtrip) per students * 32 students = P 5,120.00
TOTAL P 19,520.00

Very much aware of your kind-heartedness, may we respectfully knock on your generous heart for
whatever amount you can give us to help augment our eager resources. We shall be very grateful for
your gesture of generosity and we pray to God that whatever amount you will give be rewarded back a
hundredfold!

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II, MRS.

MARICAR SALVA, TO RECEIVE/OR COLLECT PARENTS-TEACHERS ASSOCIATION
(PTA) VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS IN AND ON BEHALF OF THE PTA TREASURER
OR PTA IN GENERAL.

WHEREAS, the Vicente D. Trinidad High School (VDTHS) Parents-Teachers Association

(PTA) officials are also employed and could not be in school every day of the SY 2015-2016.

WHEREAS, parents of students enrolled at VDTHS pay their voluntary contributions in an

uncertain time.

Be it resolved as it is hereby resolved to authorize the Administrative Assistant II, Mrs. Maricar
Salva, to receive/collect the said PTA voluntary fees.

Resolved further, to furnish copies of this resolution to concerned officials for their information
and appropriate action.
