My strengths as a first-year student at FEU are my strong work ethic and drive for

success. I am extremely well organized and excel at time management, which enables me to
balance my academic obligations with extracurricular activities. I also actively seek out
opportunities for growth as a learner, and I'm not afraid to ask questions or get assistance
when I need it. I also have a natural curiosity that encourages me to explore new ideas and
concepts, as well as a proactive problem-solving style. Because of this, I can approach
problems with an open mind and come up with creative solutions. In addition, I enjoy
working with my peers as a team because I think that a group effort yields better results.

Despite the fact that I have a lot of strengths, I also know that I have room for
improvement. I have a tendency to get bogged down in the details, which can occasionally
hinder my progress. Additionally, I'm working to improve my public speaking abilities so
that I can present my ideas to larger audiences with more assurance and effectiveness. To
become a more well-rounded learner, however, I am constantly looking for opportunities to
hone these skills.

These insights came to me as a result of introspection and outside input. I was able to
identify areas where I can improve because I took the time to evaluate my strengths and
weaknesses. Additionally, getting feedback from respected mentors and colleagues allowed
me to gain insightful knowledge about areas that required improvement, such as my
propensity to get mired in the weeds or my public speaking skills. I've been able to recognize
these growth areas and work to become a more well-rounded person by proactively seeking
feedback and being open to self-improvement.
