OPENING OF BANK ACCOUNT

WHEREAS: the Department Officers together with the Commerce Department Program head has deem it proper and
necessary for the Department to open a Bank Account for its savings at Panabo Multipurpose Cooperative.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the Corporation shall open and maintain a local current account at Panabo
Multipurpose Cooperative.

RESOLVED FURTHER, the Department hereby designates and authorizes its President MR. COLLEN C. SOLTES and the
Commerce Department Program Head DR. EVANGELINE S. MEPICO. to be the representative of the Department in
all dealings and transactions in the process of opening a bank account with power to sign, execute, and deliver
documents as may be required, and to perform any other acts as may be necessary or appropriate to affect the
foregoing;

RESOLVED FURTHER, the Corporation hereby designates MR. COLLEN C. SOLTES and DR. EVANGELINE S. MEPICO,
whose specimen signatures are indicated below, as the signatory for the said bank account.
