Dear Sirs,

We hereby inform you that, we have jointly with material inspector taken
the reinforcement Steel Bars Ф6、Ф8 from CRBC’s Jimma Pipe Factory, this
reinforcement used for produce pipe. Also we have casted cube from Jimma
pipe factory. We tested it in Kality laboratory. The test results as follows:
