Subject: Submission of Asphalt Wearing Course Mix design Test

Results

Dear Sirs,

We hereby inform you that, we have jointly with your material inspector taken
the hot bin and bitumen from our Kality Asphalt Plant. After we discussed on
every detail with your material engineer, firstly we mixed design ourselves in
Kality laboratory. According to the test results the optimal bitumen content at
4.9% satisfied all criteria (You may refer to the attached data). So we request
that according to the optimal bitumen content validate the test result jointly
with your material engineer and give us finally approval.
