Student A: Freelance business trainer

Dear Linda,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to draw your
attention to the situation that happened nearly three months ago.
To begin with, I’d like to remind you that I was doing some training at
Alpha Inc. I was the trainer in teambuilding sessions for the managers’
department. Usually, I work all year long. However, there were only 24
training in Alpha Inc., weekly for three months two times a week. Since
that, I haven’t heard a word from your company and I do not realize,
whether the enterprise still needs my services.
Furthermore, I want to know if there is a chance of continuing working
together. Is your company going to cooperate with me? If not, will you
be able to write me feedback according to all these sessions, it is crucial
for my qualification. I will be very thankful.
By the way, talking about not the work, our favorite topic – films, have
you watched the last episode of the TV series yesterday? How did you
like it?
