Student Application for Leave

Students who remain absent from the class with genuine reasons,
Either

have to submit a medical certificate from a Registered Medical

Practitioner, if unwell

OR

In case of other emergencies

have to submit a leave application with the signature of the parent and
counter signed by the Chairperson.
The duly signed leave application is to be submitted to the academic office
immediate after availing leave for further necessary action.
The application submitted by the student will be retained in his/her
personal file for record.
This may be brought to the notice of the students.
It is placed on the Notice Board of the academic office.
