Event Contract

The contract is entered between MR. & MRS. AGUSTIN (clients) phone 0921-425-0914 and
MR. ARIEL L ABALOS JR (Chief Executive & Event Planner) Proprietor of PLANATICS
EVENTS SERVICES MANAGEMENT.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
PLANATIC EVENTS SERVICES MANAGEMENT will provide full professional services
as negotiated and included on the plans and proposals of the event, but not limited to event
managing, hosting, staging, directorship, and will provide the necessary suppliers for the
wedding anniversary of the couple, which will be held on December 10, 2018 (Monday) from
3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ten Cents To Heaven Leisure Camp Tanay, Rizal. The clients will pay
the total amount of Php368,000.00for the entire service provided. Paying the amount of full cash
can be received anytime from the time of contract signing at least ONE MONTH before the
event.
