Market Storming Activity on SF+ in West Bengal & Assam


The easiest way to make a consumer product affordable for the masses is through easy financing options. That’s where SF+
DMI Finance comes into the picture with various options for financial services and products.

Also, apart from fast disbursal, interest charges, and processing fees, a down payment is one of the most important factors
which consumers consider while choosing a financing option. Therefore, the Capping Program is an initiative of Samsung and
DMI Finance to enable the dealers to make Samsung products more affordable for their customers through a relatively
lower down payment percentage. To make full use of the program, the SPD of West Bengal - M/s Karuna Contractual
Services, had proposed to enroll 700+ dealers in their area for the program.

As a part of the market activation program for the DP Capping program, various activities were carried out across the state
- Banner of SF+ content on capped outlets, marketing activities, and leaflet distribution through e-rickshaw in key markets
of the state, Loan mela, and Bike rallies. The program covered more than 2000 outlets across 38 districts of West Bengal.
Successful launch and continuous monitoring of the program have resulted in more than 50% growth on a month-on-month
basis and are expected to grow further.

A new Start - OT Business Journey Begins
Recently, DMI scaled up its SF+ OT business by increasing engagement with OT partners. An event was organized to increase
the business and understand the future plans. The scale-up of the new OT business will help more people purchase gadgets
at affordable offers.

With this thought, the DMI CS team launched


Business Partner Portal towards the end of
August 2022. Initially, the portal was loaded with
only basic information regarding SF+loan
accounts. Looking at the popularity of the portal,
the team has built up this portal in a phased manner and has empowered our dealers to provide on-the-spot resolution to
most of the customer queries and concerns. The portal is currently helping by providing information, resolution and by
executing requests for more then 1L+ customers.

Digital training on different Business KPI’S helps employees build the skills they need to navigate technology and get the
best out of it.
