1. Teams: Manoora -2 teams Marrabel 2 teams Riverton 3 teams Total teams = 7 *This will result in one bye each week 2. Hot Weather Policy: All Players at meeting decided that we check the bureau of meteorology (BOM) website on Thursday night for Adelaide weather. Max temperature on Friday 37 degrees. If this temperature is recorded all games will be cancelled. There will be a notification of this on Facebook page. 3. Game Times: All Players at meeting decided that the game times will be played 7pm, 8pm and 9pm inside the Gym. 4. Umpires Reviewed at AGM and agreed it worked well and we will continue with paid umpires this year as long as they are available. This cost has been included in the association basketball fees as there was lots of hassle about this last year. This was voted on and approved at the AGM. 5. Games Roster This will be available around school holidays. It will be emailed to your team manager, put in the suitcase, and uploaded to the internet for access anywhere anytime! First game is second week back at school Friday 28th October 2011. All Players at meeting voted on whether we would like a whole year program or have split rounds like last year, decided on whole year program. 6. Scoring, set up and pack up

All teams will need to supply their own scorer. There will be a laminated instruction sheet on how to fill in the score card. This needs to be done properly so that the score recorder doesnt have to spend hours trying to figure out each score card. 7. Facebook Change over from old group to new page. Need players to press like on the new page in order to get the updates! Old group will be closed by Facebook shortly. Also need an email address from each team manager and president. 8. Forfeits Had two many forfeits last season and will need to put something into place to resolve this issue. (need to discuss further) 9. Subs This year subs will be $90 which will include a fee for umpires. This year no individual money will be taken by Rachael or the association. All money must be given to your club and your clubs president will send your registration details and money as a clubs lump sum payment. 10. Jobs Vacant Each club needs to be presented on this jobs list. It is not the responsibility of one club to run the association Senior Coordinator ________________________ & Rachael Mcinerney.
