Vacation
‘You willbe ented o 30 calendar days (22 working days, recorded Monday to
Friday) of paid vacation annually. Annual leave will be paid out a eight (8) hours.
per day.
‘After the completion of each year of service KBR will provide you withthe cash
‘equivalent of an annual economy, round-trip airline ticket to your nominated point
of origin as per company procedure.
‘The annual vacation shal be taken at such time as is determined by or acceptable
to the Company.
Benefits
‘You will receive medical insurance through the Company's Group Insurance Plan.
‘As an employee, you wil also be eligible for accidental death and
dismemberment, and ife insurance.
Coverage begins the frst day of employment and is paid by the Company.
Probationary Period
Termination of the employment contract during the probation period wil be in
‘accordance with the UAE Labour Law.

Procedures,
KBR has established a variety of policies and procedures that ensure a safe,
enjoyable working environment. During the period of your employment with us,
you agree to be bound by these policies and procedures, and any future policies
{and procedures that are reasonably introduced by the Company. It is agreed that
the Introduction and administration ofthese polices is within the sole discretion of
KBR and that these policies do not form a part ofthis Agreement. tis agreed that
i KBR introduces, amends or deletes employment-rlated policies as conditions
‘warrant that such introduction, deletion or amendment does not constitute @
breach ofthis Agreement.
Confidentiality and
Intellectual Property
Cur offer of employment is conditional upon you agreeing to and abiding by the
“Employee Invention and Confidential Disclosure Agreement.” All required
paperwork wll be provided during your new employee orientation,

You hereby agree that, while you are employed by KBR and for one (1) year
following the termination of your employment with KBR, you wil not () recruit,
attempt to recruit or directly or indirectly participate inthe recruitment of, any KBR.

with any customer or supplier of KBR in a manner that conflicts with or interferes.
