It has a solids content between 48-55%, viscosity between 200-4500 mPa-s, pH between 4-6, maximum residual monomer of 0.5%, particle size between 0.1-3.0 microns, neutral or negative particle charge, density of 0.92 g/cm3, and can be either stable or unstable in borax as well as having good or excellent mechanical stability.
