Stress is what you feel


when you are worried or uncomfortable about something. Everyone suffers stress since it is a part of
everyday existence. Our bodies are equipped with a built-in system to react to stress. But occasionally,
people experience higher levels of stress than usual. But what are the stress that college student facing?
How it is differ from other people stress? Is this stress is somehow beneficial to the students?

The college years are one of these times. Some people may find it to be quite stressful, especially those
who are not accustomed to handling so many obligations. Everybody would feel overwhelmed by the
amount of time students spend juggling their classes, projects, tests, final examinations, personal lives,
and jobs. In addition to emotional issues, stress can result in a number of physical issues as well. For the
first time in their lives, students are under a huge lot of stress. They used to have little tensions
associated with growing up, but today they face major strains brought on by the actual world, which can
be debilitating. Because college will shape the rest of their lives, the stress they face there is more
severe than any other time before. For many, acquiring a loan, needing to take care of themselves,
studying for difficult examinations, and making decisions that will have an impact on the rest of their
lives are all firsts. The primary sources of stress that college students encounter include financial stress,
parental stress, class stress, social stress, and stress that they inflict upon themselves. Students who
attend college experience financial stress as their first sort of stress. Many students who go to college
pay for it themselves. Stress over how to pay for it arises right away as a result of this. Almost no college
student can pay for their education out of pocket, and the majority do not have a reliable source of
income. This prompts the student to question if investing in college is even worthwhile.

The reality is that there is much more responsibility and may feel inadequate about solving real life
problems and issues which they have never been faced with before. This stress are just a challenge to
every college students because after their college life there ‘s more stressful that they will encounter in
the future. Stress are inevitable and this is also part of our life so instead of taking it as a problem, why
not we take it as a challenge because maybe this stress is our road to success. Always remember that “
Its okay to suffer now than to suffer forever”. So as a college student, I always bear in my minds that this
stress that I face now will help me to achieve my dreams in life and it will also bring a lessons that I will
use in the future.
