Greetings!
I am Wiza Lei C. De La Cruz, BPE-4 Student of this University. This is in connection with my
subject Ethics 4-5:30 MW Rm STC 210 last SY 2019-2020 under DR. GERARDO S. GARCIA,
however, my professor told me that my name is not on the list of students in the said subject so
Ma’am Mariecris Abela advised me to add that subject so I quickly went to Registrar to give a
letter and request to add the Ethics subject. Ma’am Mariecris Abela told me that she already
fixed regarding my concern so I religiously attend the class as certified by my professor, Dr
Gerardo S. Garcia. I have here my book, exams, and quizzes in Ethics to prove that I attended the
Class.
Unfortunately, Registrar request me to go to their office yesterday (June 17,2022), telling me that
I did not enrolled the Ethics subject which is very impossible because I already filed and do all
the requirements advised by my professor and Ma’am Mariecris for me to be involved in the list.
Even Registrar told me that I have a grade in that subject. They also told me that they have been
telling this issue to Ma’am Mariecris Abela way before but I did not receive any messages or
concern regarding this problem that is why I did not know and I’m not aware anything about this
because I thought it is already fixed. If I just know this issue earlier, I would have enrolled this
subject again before.
I’m afraid and hurt that I cannot be involve in the list of Graduates. I can’t lose this chance to
payback my parents who worked hard for me to get into college. I cannot afford to disappoint
them because of this issue.
May I respectfully request for help and guidance regarding this matter.
