Sensa, a granite surface by Cosentino, is a high-quality

surface that offers reliable performance for years. It
is a product for demanding customers who require a
material that is resistant to scratches and stains and offers
outstanding performance over time.

Cosentino subjects the granite to a revolutionary stain

protection treatment called Senguard which chemically
bonds to the material, allowing it to breathe. Senguard is
applied during manufacturing so, unlike standard sealers
that break down easily, Sensa requires no additional
sealing for years to come. The process alters the surface
tension of the granite which causes the material itself
to prevent liquids such as water, coffee, or oil from
penetrating it, enhances its powerful natural properties,
and prolongs its useful life.

In addition, every Sensa slab is different - each surface has

exceptional veining that is found in no other - and thanks
to its characteristics, Sensa is able to retain its colour and
protect itself from alterations caused by sunlight and UV
radiation.
