1. How many ways are there that users can access the Ali Orders app?
There are 2 ways:
+ Shopify Embed App
+ Web app

2. What is the Import List used for?

Import List acts as a storage where you can view all the products which you've imported
from AliExpress. Here. you can edit, split, delete, and publish the products to your store.

3. How to push a product that has more than 100 variants to Shopify?
Customers can split products by going to the Import list > Choose the Product > Click on
Split Product.

4. What is the Pricing Rule? How to set up?


Pricing rules are used to automatically determine the selling price of imported products.

5. When editing products prior to Pushing/Importing them to the Shopify store,


what changes can merchants make in this step?
Mapping, product details (description, text, etc), change shipping method, remove/add
product photos.

6. What information does Ali Orders announce to the merchants after the product
was updated on A.E?
The information Ali Orders announces to the merchants after the product was updated on
A.E: Out of stock or the price increase.

7. List down the steps / ideal user flow that the merchants should do on Ali Orders
when they’ve received orders on Shopify.
Go to Orders > To Order tab > Click on Place Order. Confirm the shipping information and
choose Confirm Order. Waiting for the process, Ali Orders will auto-fill the required
information and move the order to the Awaiting Payment tab, where you may confirm and
pay.

8. What are Mapped / Unmapped Products?


Mapped product: Link each variant of the product to a corresponding variant from an
AliExpress supplier.
Unmapped product: products without AliExpress URL or out of stock.
9. What Order information that even though is not mandatory on Shopify, is a
required field on AliExpress?
Phone number.

10. Why users have to log in and connect / authenticate their AliExpress account
with Ali Orders?
To sync and fulfill products from AliExpress.

Part II. Troubleshooting


1. Mason has a specific product on AliExpress that he wants to import. How many
ways are there that we can help him import the product?

2. Charlotte is wondering if the app has Free trials. How do you advise her in this
case?
Let the customer know that Ali Orders does not offer a free trial. introduce the app and
advise the Ali Orders Free Plan to familiarize yourself with it. Ask for forgiveness and
promise to let the team know so they can think about offering a free trial in the future.

3. Alysha’s order was shipped out but it's still on the To Order tab. How can we help
her?
Check to check if the order status has been updated by going to Ali Orders > Orders.

4. Bryan is fulfilling an order and encountering an error “Place Order Failed”. How
can we help him?

5. Hilton has turned on Auto Update but she did not receive any notifications from
Ali Orders, although the products on AliExpress do have changes. What step did
