Setting up a blog has been like a revelation – the journey of very easily coming up with
rhymes both in English and Hindi. It was quite about just getting in the mood. And random
lines formed crafted out of deeper thoughts, maybe feelings.
Lockdown adding to that. The time spent at home with the loved ones -

- World’s biggest blog place
- as it came across the simplest blog creator platform
- shared the posts across twitter, Instagram – so had simple social media integration.
- Viral tags to make post stand out

Genre – random musings, poetry

- Frequency - Started with posting almost once a week
- Intended audience - any age group
- Audience – any age group
- Comments and responses to the posts – Was liked by people who interacted with
the posts

o No share happened
o Views was from 60 odd to about 300 for various posts
o
- Marketing attempts from your end to popularise your blog – Shared it on the social
media as a post on LinkedIn, Instagram
- Any offers received for monetisation with details – unfortunately was not relevant
enough
- Investments in the blog other than time and efforts, if any – No monetary efforts
done in this direction
It was a Sunday and it did not feel like one!!
At the beginning with lock down and with one not used to doing all work around the home –
a major challenge – keeping the positivity going was the biggest struggle and the struggle
was more internal than external.
Struggles as if there wasn’t enough – Corona leading to lockdown added sufferings - leading
to mental health issues – thoughts on those lines.
Shared on Linked in – got views
Continuing in the same frame of thoughts – penned some more lines
Some thoughts on equality in work place – using some story reference that was published.
The pretence angers – we have to try and make a change.
The change is what is the need of the hour.
