Subject: Complaint regarding hostel issues.

Respected Sir,

We the residents of Vishwakarma boy’s hostel of your institute are facing several hostel related issues from the past
few days. Even after several complaints, no appropriate action has been taken against them and with the passing of
each and every day, the hygienic conditions of the hostel are deteriorating causing many health-related issues. Some
of the issues faced by us are: -

Ground Floor: -

1) No cleanliness of hostel courtyard and backyard

2) Irregular and uncleaned conditions of toilets
3) Lot of mosquitoes in our hostel
4) Washrooms have no mirrors
5) Showers are not functioning properly
6) Bathroom doors are broken and non-functional
7) Chocked toilets
8) Broken toilet seat covers
9) Fans not working properly
10) Cluster lights are not working
11) Broken light-switch boards
12) Leaking wash-basin taps and not working properly
13) No dustbins in hostel
14) Broken water cooler in our hostel

First Floor: -

1) Regular water leakage problems

2) Broken toilet seats
3) No mirrors in washrooms
4) No water-cooler at first floor
5) No regular cleaning of corridors and washrooms
6) Staircase lights not working properly
7) Rooms have broken glass windows
8) Common room remains locked with lights and fans not working properly, broken glass windows
9) No maintenance of common room washroom

These problems have developed very poor living conditions in our hostel therefore we request you to kindly look
after the problems at the earliest and initiate immediate actions.
