LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS AND WARRANTY
De machine wordt verkocht onder uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid voor materiële gebreken. Deze uitsluiting geldt niet voor
schadeclaims die voortvloeien uit de aansprakelijkheid voor materiële gebreken die gebaseerd zijn op grove nalatigheid of opzettelijke
plichtsverzuim door de verkoper of zijn plaatsvervangers, alsmede op schade aan leven, lichaam en gezondheid. Indien de verkoper
een ondernemer is en de koper een privépersoon, is de garantieperiode één jaar. De overige vorderingen tegen derden die
voortvloeien uit de aansprakelijkheid voor materiële gebreken worden overgedragen aan de koper.

The machine is sold with exclusion of liability for defects. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages resulting from liability for
defects, which are based on a grossly negligent or intentional violation of responsibilities of the seller or his vicarious agent, as well as
in the case of harm to life, body and health. If the seller is a business/ entrepreneur and the buyer is a private party, the warranty period
covers one year. Any existing claims against third parties arising from liability for defects shall be assigned to the buyer.

toepassing van de wet en biedt geen vergoeding voor onvervulde aanspraken die uit de koop kunnen voortvloeien.Alle
aansprakelijkheidsclaims met betrekking tot materiële of immateriële schade veroorzaakt door het gebruik of niet-gebruik van de
verstrekte informatie of door het gebruik van onjuiste of onvolledige informatie zijn uitgesloten, zolang er geen bewijs is van opzet of
grove nalatigheid van de kant van Machineseeker.ro. Dit koopcontract is gebaseerd op het Duitse recht.

incorrect, will therefore be rejected unless there is evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of Machineseeker.ro. This
contract of sale is based on German law.
