    Sub. : Regarding revocation of suspension of GSTIN

    Sir
    With reference to above subject matter we would like to plead before you kindly determine the
    final liability of Goods & Services Tax leviable on us including interest and other payables if
    any.

    We further inform you that we had completely closed our business activities at West Bengal
    from July 2022 and did not issue any bill of supply form that date. Since our GSTIN is
    suspended due to non filing of statutory returns.

    Therefore, we are requesting to you kindly revoke our suspension so that we are able to file all
    the necessary returns due till date and apply for final cancellation and paid our final liability as
    determined by your office.

    Please accept the same and do the needful.
