Experiment No: 1
Experiment Name: Preparation of Organogram

Objective
An organogram is a diagram that explains the relationship between different
people in an organization. An organogram describes the jobs of each
establishment at different levels and describes their relationships. It is generally
known as Organizational Chart.

Description of organogram
At the top of the organogram is the Chairman, supported by the Board of
Trustees. The Managing Director, reporting through the Board of Trustees,
ensures the company's performance aligns with the board's strategy.
The company consists of five wings:
1. Administrative Wing
2. Commercial Wing
3. Industrial Wing
4. Human Resource Management Wing
5. Management and Social Welfare Wing

Each wing likely has its own managers overseeing specific areas. This structure
ensures strategic guidance from the Chairman, efficient execution by the
Managing Director, and specialized functions within each wing.

1. Administrative Wing: comprises two departments: the Executive

Department and the Personnel Department. Each department is led by a
Head of Department. The Head of the Executive Department is supported
by Executive Assistants. Meanwhile, the Head of Personnel oversees
employees such as cleaners, peons, drivers, and security guards.

2. Commercial Wing: The Commercial Wing manages the company's

financial activities and consists of three departments: Foreign Bureau,
Accounts, and Research Division. Each department is led by a Head of
Department, overseeing their respective functions.
3. Industrial Wing: The Industrial Wing is the largest in the company and
handles production, equipment maintenance, and product quality. This
wing comprises three departments: Production, Engineering, and Quality
Control. Each department is led by a departmental head.
The Production Manager oversees all aspects of goods production, from
spinning to storing finished products. The Engineering Department is
responsible for maintaining the industry's machinery. The Quality Control
Department, though the smallest in this wing, plays a crucial role in
ensuring product quality.
4. Human Resource Management Wing: The Human Resource
Management Wing ensures that industry employees are proficient in their
roles. This department manages various aspects, including compensation,
benefits, safety, payroll, recruitment, training, and employee promotions.
5. Management and Social Welfare Wing: The Management and Social
Welfare Wing takes charge of the industry's environmental and social
aspects. This department maintains facilities such as hospitals, schools,
religious spaces, and recreational areas within the industrial village,
contributing to the well-being of the community.
