Course title: Environmental Engineering II Lab
Objective
An organogram is a diagram that explains the relationship between different
people in an organization. An organogram describes the jobs of each
establishment at different levels and describes their relationships. It is generally
known as Organizational Chart.
Description of organogram
At the top of the organogram is the Chairman, supported by the Board of
Trustees. The Managing Director, reporting through the Board of Trustees,
ensures the company's performance aligns with the board's strategy.
The company consists of five wings:
1. Administrative Wing
2. Commercial Wing
3. Industrial Wing
4. Human Resource Management Wing
5. Management and Social Welfare Wing
Each wing likely has its own managers overseeing specific areas. This structure
ensures strategic guidance from the Chairman, efficient execution by the
Managing Director, and specialized functions within each wing.
