ACKNOWLEDGEMEN T

I have proved my self sucessfull in completing the six months industrial training in the chef air flight catering mumbai . It was a great experience working in the flight kitchen i got the golden opportuinity of working in the chef air flight kitchen because of the yhe principle of our college Mr SIDDARTH SHARMA, the HOD of the college Mr. BIPIN JADHAV i would like to thank him for granting me the permission to work in the chef air flight kitchen, also i will like to thank Mr PRASHANT JADHAV & Ms DEEPA UPLAP the training & placement coordinator of our college who has firmly suported me for my decision of working in the chef air also getting the no objection certificate of the college to carry out my furthur journey in the organisation. Both the trainning & placement co-ordinator helped me to know about the procedures for my trainning & also made me aware about the problems that i may face during the duration of trainning period. At the same time i will like to thank all the chef air staff for guiding me properly where ever i went
