    Coding Question: To be completed in 3 days

    You must add a simple “Tip” Skill to the Everlife Avatar that
    allows you to “tip” some cryptocurrency (EVER tokens) to
    another Avatar’s stellar account.
    Usage: When chatting with the Avatar if the user says
    /tip <stellar id> <amount in EVER>
    then the other avatar should receive that amount
