Arcall intelli-spin® 700 series uses advanced spinning disc technology

to provide accurate and consistent liquid and slurry application. The
Arcall intelli-spin® 700 was designed with the flexibility to fit on any
production line and coat the tops, or the tops and bottoms, of your food
products as they travel along a conveyor, using overlapping spinning
disc spray patterns.

products as they travel down the
conveyor. Suitable for medium to high
application rates.

replaceable spray heads width options
available 1200mm, 1500mm, 1,800mm
(47", 60", 71").

Low mist spray systems and negative
pressure spray zones can help towards
a safer and more hygienic working
environment.
Spinning discs handle between 0.5 and
2.5 litres (17 and 85 oz) of oil per minute
per disc, of which 20 per cent is
accurately sprayed onto the product. The
remainder of the liquid is captured,
channelled back into tanks, filtered and
re-used to reduce both waste and raw
material costs.
