Corn starch w/ water Gm 5g Plastic Gloves


Spring onion slice Gm 5g Measuring utensils
Egg white Gm 12g Appropriate Container
Sweet corn soup 260 g Green cutting board
green knife
Mixing bowl
Whisk

PROCEDURE:

1) In a heavy bottom pot add the soup and allow to boil


2) Thicken the soup with corn flour and adjust as it is required.
3) Beat the egg white and little water together and drop it little by little to the soup to feel like droppings on the
soup
4)Garnish with thinly round sliced spring onion and serve hot with lime wedge on the side
