JAMAL RADIA PANDAPATAN

Profile

Jamal Radia Pandapatan is a 20-year-old youth advocate, peer educator, student, and an active
volunteer. He is currently a sophomore student at the Mindanao State University - Main Campus
taking up Bachelor of Science in Social Work.

Young as he is, Jamal has served as the president and founder of the now-defunct Youth ACTS,
a youth-led organization in Lanao del Sur that aims to empower the youth by recognizing their
significance in nation-building through his implementation of various projects: (1)
#SanaAllPeace, (2) Ranaw Online SDG Academy, and (3) E-LEKSYON: Leksyon sa Eleksyon.

Jamal was recognized as one of the Remarkable Youth Leaders in 2020 and Remarkable Youth
Leaders in 2021 respectively of the OSYAF Community. He is an awardee of the Seven
Outstanding Juans of the Philippines and Lanao del Sur’s Bantogen a Kalombayan. These
milestones of his life are duly inspired with his determination to make positive changes and
development in his immediate community.

As he recognizes all the privileges he enjoys and uses to influence other youth, Jamal believes
that the best way to thank Allah (S.W.T) is to always purify intention and to solidify his
commitment in order to truly help his community.
