In this report I will explain what is my specific job in group 3 and 4. They put me in
the Production Team and for my specific job in the team is to cook the chicken grill,
made mushroom gravy sauce for chicken grill and make mash potato for side dish.

Before the project start on 10:00 a.m., the leader from team 3 and 4 give a
briefing about they project on that day. He remind us about our job and what to do on
our job. He also remind that he want to get the target sale for his project. After that
we dismiss and start do our job.

On 9:00 a.m, I start to defrost the chicken before head chef start to cut the
chicken. At the time for defrost chicken, we make our mis en place for chicken grill,
mash potato and mushroom gravy sauce.

After that, our head chef start to cut the chicken to 6 pieces. I help him with clean
the chicken and poke some hole in the chicken to marinate. Next we boil the potato
to make the ash potato. In the mean time, we start to mince the mushroom to make
the mushroom gravy sauce.

On 1:00 p.m, we receive the order. I start to cook the remaining chicken and also
put the mushroom gravy sauce for the dine in customer. Lastly, after we finish cook
we wrap the chicken for the take away customer. We also clean the work place and
wash the grease trap. After that, the group leader 3 and 4 give they report.
Unfortunately the group 4 is had loss from they selling product because some
mistake that they had made that day. Next we dismiss to our home.
