FINAL PROJECT GROUP 1 REPORT

In this report I will explain what is my specific job in group 1. They put me in the
Purchasing And Receiving Team and for my specific job in the team is to make the
purchasing of material and utensils and to make sure the store is always clean also
help other if they need something.

Before the project start on 10:00 a.m., the leader from team 1 give a briefing
about they project on that day. He remind us about our job and what to do on our job.
He also remind that he want to get the target sale for his project. After that we
dismiss and start do our job.

On 11:00 a.m, my team and I start doing our job. We start with arrange the table
like the leader plan. After that we put on the decoration on each table. Then half of
our team sweep the floor to make sure the environment clean. On the outside, we put
the store and arrange the store like the leader plan. We also keep the store clean as
well before the production team use the store.

After the short break, the project start with costumer order. Half of my team and I
help the production team and the marketing team. I help them with melt the chocolate
and put the melt chocolate in the plastic bag. I also help them with delivery the item
to customer.

On 3:00 p.m, the project end. All of us assemble and wait the leader project to
brief in front of us. He said that his team target is achieve. After a short brief form
leader project, we start cleaning the kitchen and keep the store as well. Some of us
sweep the floor, mop the kitchen and clean the grease trap. After cleaning that, we
go back to home.
