+14 years of experience in oil and gas industry with a strong focus on production and operation and having
a monitoring and directive skills to achieve the operation KPIs according to the design principals or to the
best operating practice. I am seeking a new challenge where I can use my skills and knowledge and enriching

Work experiences in petrochemical field
• Fourteen years experiences in petrochemical field, where I started as panel operator in EDC cracking
unit, then unit responsible, till being shift supervisor now.
• I dealed with different technologies from different licensors and contactors as Toyo, Vinnolet ,
Seimens, Mitsui, Uhde, Caloric, Linda, Thyssenkrup, Heurtey, Johnson controls, Spirax Sarco, and
..ect.
• I dealed with DCS (TDC 3000) from Honeywell and its ESD system, also with yokogawa DCS system
(Centum VP) and its ESD system in addition to deferent PLC systems.
• During my work experience I dealed with two different technologies of force draft cracking furnaces
(Japanese and germane technologies).
• I dealed with separation towers (vacuum, atmospheric, pressurized).
• I dealed with two different technologies refrigeration units (freon, propylene) and a chiller unit.
• I dealed with two reactors for EDC production (fixed bed catalyst, and fluidized).
• During my work experience I dealed with different type of rotating equipment; canned pump,
magnetic, centrifugal, reciprocating pumps, and liquid ring vacuum pumps. In addition to different
type of compressors.
• I dealed with different type of exchanger shell and tube, kettle, u tube, and …ect. In addition to different
type of steam traps.
• I participate in the revamping and overhauling the VCM plant in Egyptian petrochemical company,
and attend the pre-commissioning and the commissioning.
• Also attend the commissioning and pre-commissioning of the new cracking unit by Thyssenkrup in
Egyptian petrochemical company.
• Attend the test run of the new EDC cracking unit installed by Thyssenkrup for Egyptian petrochemical
company.

Skills that I obtained from my work field:-

• Control safe startup, normal and shut operations by honywell DCS (TDC3000), deferent PLC
ststems, and yokogawa DCS systems as per established procedures and manuals.
• Operates and adjust unit conditions, parameters through Distribution Control Systems (DCS)
and PLC.
• Handle all unit emergencies and take proper actions accordingly.
• Communicate with all parties for any unit upsets, start up, shutdown and emergency.
• Performs duties on the control room and following up all field condition like seals for level
transmitters or for pumps and compressors and burners adjustment to ensure proper quality and
safety.
• Operates & troubleshooting all unit equipment's at plant
• Operates all unit equipment's like compressors, blowers, pumps, and heat exchangers at site
safely.
• Report any defects and coordinate with maintenance for rectification.
• Now I am working as shift supervisor and have the experience of directing members, follow up their
performance, and follow the KPIs from production and energy view to control losses and increasing
the efficiency through operating according to the design standers or the best operation practice.

• Control the losses of energy and product according the operation KPIs.
• Carry out hot, cold, confined space permits and other permits, and ensure clean and safe work
area.
• Follow HSE standards & procedures.
Training courses
• Succsessefully participating the training course funded by the european union and
implemented by a consortium led by Human dynamics GmbH & Co KG, a DAI Global
company entitled “ support the technical and financial sustainability of the renewable
energy and energy efficiency sectors in Egypt” from march to august 2022. The training
include the following courses.

after attending the exam at the british council .

• I have successfully completed the web development challenger track online via Udacity sponsored
by ministry of communication and information technology on October 2021.
• Arabic is the Mother Tongue and Good command of both written and spoken English.
