Initial login
Type online.boc.lk in the address bar of the browser

You will see the login page. Please press on “Virtual Keyboard” if you prefer to type the password using
the virtual keyboard.

If you are a new user to the BOC Internet & Mobile Banking system, please use the “User ID” sent to you
by e-mail and the password sent by “SMS” to your mobile.

Existing users of the old Internet & Mobile Banking system could use your existing “user ID” to login
with the password received to your mobile phone.

Type the password received to your

mobile. You will be prompted to
force change the password at the
initial login steps.

You can change your username after you logged in to the system later.

You can switch between “Virtual Keyboard” &

“Standard keyboard” by clicking on the topic

Pressing on the “not mixed” button of the virtual keyboard will display “QWERTY” keyboard.

Accepting the “Terms & Conditions” will display “Force change password” window

Force Change Password

Please read the password policy by

clicking on “view password policy”

You can use the virtual keyboard to type the

password. If you don’t wish to use it please un-
tick the “Use virtual keyboard” to proceed with
the keyboard attached to your computer.

Please enter the password received to your mobile at the “Enter Old Password” field

Type your desired password in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields

After adding the password, you will be prompted to “Force change security questions” page.

Force change security questions

Selected security questions will be used to recover your password in case if you forget your password or
unlock user.

(If you forgot your password, you will be prompted to enter the random password received to your mobile
and answer some of the security questions before reset your password)

After saving the security questions, you will be prompted to “Complete” page. Pressing “Continue” will
Log you out from the system.

Now you can login to the system using the password you changed at your initial login.

You will see the dashboard after you logged in
