1. Identify two (2) principles of communication that were emphasized on the clip.
- One is the Courtesy. While communicating to a client, Dwight became
aggressive, hostile, and difficult. If the courtesy in communicating was lost it will
affect the tone of voice, word choice, enthusiasm, respect.
- Second is the Principle of Attention. The receiver or the client need to pay full
attention at the time of receiving the conversation to make it nice.

2. Enumerate the issues found in the conversation. Were there adjustments in the
communication process?
- The context, so while Dwight and a client is talking or communicating there's
another phone call to a client and when he answered it, they get destructed.
- The process, the way of Dwight speaking has contradict with the non-verbal
cues. like asking " Really that's your real name?".
- Yes there is adjustments when Dwight gave the telephone to his boss Michael
Scott, the communication became good.
