COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is executed on February 28, 2022 by and between the following
parties:

TEDDY LOQUINARIO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with residence and
postal address at Malangka, Taysan, Legazpi City herein referred to as the FIRST
PARTY;

And

JUDY ANN BUENASAGA, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, with
residence and postal address at East Washington Drive, Legazpi City, hereinafter
referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the First Party and the Second Party are not legally married to each
other but share one child together named IRISH LOQUINARIO (5 yrs. old) herein
referred to as “CHILD”;

WHEREAS, the First and the Second Party recognize their mutual responsibility
for the care and financial support of their common child;

WHEREAS, the First Party and the Second Party have decided to enter into a
compromise agreement;

NOW THEREFORE, the First Party and the Second Party have agreed to
execute and enter into a compromise, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The child shall be in the custody of the Second Party on weekdays (Monday
to Friday) and shall be in the custody of the First Party on weekends
(Saturday and Sunday). For this purpose, the child shall be fetched by the
First Party from the Second Party’s house every Saturday morning and shall
be returned every Monday morning.

2. The First Party shall pay the monthly child support in the amount of One
Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) per week which shall be handed to the
Second Party at the time the child is returned every Monday Morning.

3. The Second Party shall keep the receipts of the expenses for the child’s
upkeep and present it to the First Party upon demand.

4. That the failure of the parties to faithfully comply with the foregoing terms and
conditions shall give the aggrieved party the right to take the legal remedies
available under our laws.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures 28th day of

February, 2022 at Legazpi City, Philippines.
