Molly teaches educational philosophy at Northern Illinois University. She inspires future teachers with her progressive ideas of incorporating hope, humor and love in her classroom. She has devoted her life to addressing social justice issues by emphasizing the importance of critical awareness and tolerance of difference. Mollys student-centered pedagogy has earned her the reputation of being the teacher students remember. She will share her stories of success and struggle during her career, with the hope that her experience will encourage you to take risks, be different, and have a life-long impact on your students.

Conference sessions are planned to meet your needs. Sessions build on those things learned in college and university classrooms to extend knowledge and understanding. Educational experts conduct sessions and network with student participants regarding current issues and trends in education.
