List of2022 Bar Exam Takers I Applicants for the purpose of your search of the
law school wherein you may enroll according to your personal circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot grant your request especially in view of the provisions
of Republic Act No. 10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act o/2012.

Please be informed that although you stated that you have a

LEGITIMATE PURPOSE in requesting from our Office the data necessary for
your research, such pmpose does not qualify as "legitimate interest" as
contemplated by law.

Further, the data that you are requesting are confidential in nature. Our
Office shall only disclose such data for matters involving the conduct of the Bar
Examinations, and other official and legal processes of the Court.
