1. EMPLOYER'S REQUIREMENTS (ER):
A detailed document that outlines the client's

project.

2. ISSUED FOR CONSTRUCTION (IFC)


DRAWINGS:
Detailed drawings that are considered final and
approved for construction, showing precise
dimensions, layouts, and specifications.

3. SPECIFICATIONS (SPECS):
Written documents that provide comprehensive
information about materials, workmanship, methods,
and quality standards required for the project.
4. BILL OF QUANTITIES (BOQ):
A detailed list of all the materials, components, and
quantities required for the construction project, often
used for cost estimation and tendering.

5. TENDER DOCUMENTS:
A package containing all necessary information for
contractors to prepare and submit their bids, including
drawings, specifications, and contractual terms.

6. SHOP DRAWINGS:
Detailed drawings produced by contractors or
subcontractors, illustrating specific components,
systems, or installations according to the design.
7. AS-BUILT DRAWINGS:
Drawings created during or after construction that

construction.

9. MATERIAL SUBMITTALS:

10. PROGRESS REPORTS:

11. CHANGE ORDERS:

12. PUNCH LISTS:
