Oversees, monitors and controls all aspects of human resources practices
and processes. Tasked with strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews, hiring of personnel, evaluating employees to foster a productive work atmosphere. Recommends improvement potentials to executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within the company with duties involved in managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances or other issues.
3. Conducts investigation of employees or any employee-related incidents.
4. Manages the recruitment, selection process and final selection of employee for HR department.
5. Manages the over-all payroll process; designated as super admin
authorize to create and modify user information or accounts in the HRIS/payroll system; review timekeeping logs and submits final timekeeping of employees for payroll.
6. Handles dismissal of employees
7. Supports current and future business needs through the development,
engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
8. Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and
procedures across the organization.
9. Nurtures a positive working environment.
10. Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance of staff.
